Mr. William “Bill” Chaney is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and a graduate of Jackson State University.
He retired as a mental health professional in 2005. He is a minister and has been called a musical pastor by his peers.

He and his wife are the proud owners of B&D Productions, and the founders and owners of the Vision United Ministries Activity Center.

He is married to Mrs. Denise Matlock Chaney; she is a graduate of Murrah High School and Belhaven College. She has taught at both CM&I College, and St. Therese Catholic School.
Mr. & Mrs. Chaney celebrated 27 years of marriage on August 6, 2015.
