Founders (Owners) Function

The founders (owners) lay the ground work for both the concept and the structure of the company. They make sure that the bills are paid in a timely manner, to maintain the building, the utilities, the stock & the supplies needed for daily activities.

The founders (owners) are also responsible for procuring the proper staff members needed to run the company efficiently.

The founders (owners) design the various programs and services around the community’s identifiable needs & challenges and begin personally servicing the programs accordingly. Additional staff members also begin servicing, based on demand, expertise, and availability.

The founders (owners) will call regular staff meetings to inform participants about important information like policy changes, added or discontinued programs or services, valuable training exercises for maximum customer satisfaction and any and all upcoming events the company is involved in.

The founders (owners) will also conduct periodic surveys to improve productivity with staff members and with customers, addressing needs like office etiquette, house decorum issues, stock & material needs etc..

The founders (owners) are the chief servants of the company

 

Executive Director Function

The Executive Director is the manager of the company. The ED will oversee all aspects of the company administratively.

The ED will create an objective overall marketing strategy for the company as a whole, seeking out possible venues like television, radio, flyers, brochures, business cards etc..

The ED will assist the directors in creating marketing tools that specifically educate the community about the various programs & services that are available through the company

The ED will work on site on a daily basis with the processing coordinator, to place customers in an organized data base system.

The ED will work with agents through the directors in providing the proper training for the customer accessibility.

The ED reports directly to and only to the Founders (Owners) and has the authority to recommend appropriate staff member candidates, needed supplies, strategic marketing methods, etc..


Processing Coordinator Function

The Processing Coordinator is the secretary of the company. The PC works on site full time along with the ED and is responsible for filing personal data of every B&D Productions customer into a retrievable system. The PC creates a folder with a photo ID for each customer, and includes other necessary information like: name, address, phone #’s, date of birth, referral activity, resource information (method of payment).

The PC will work directly under the ED and is accountable for all customers connecting with the company, through the filing system.

The information gathered by the PC can initially be gathered through a pre-registration process with the agents and or the directors.

The PC, however, is responsible for the completed registration process on each and every B&D Productions customer.

Copies of all completed filed information will then be given to the directors, the executive director and to the founders (owners).

The PC also answers the phone on site and places the various calls in their necessary designated places on and off site.

The PC handles the needed typing needs and must be organized with all the various scheduling needs and demands of the company.


Directors Function

The directors are the overseers and managers of the programs and services that pertain to their specific areas in the company. They are responsible for creating marketing strategies for each program in their area.

They are also responsible for training agents under them, to execute their created strategic marketing methods, and they connect with or make contact with every customer their agent refers to the company.

The directors work directly under the executive director and over their own recommended agents, as well as with other agents they did not recommend; but make referrals to them, utilizing the various marketing tool strategies.

The directors also make sure that the processor has all of the necessary information on each customer that is to be placed in the system, usually submitted by the agents.


Agents Function

The agents are the face of the company. We sink or swim because of their efforts to connect our services to perspective customers.

The agents are free to work under all three directors, who set up marketing strategies for the various programs & services offered to the community.

The agents initiate a pre-registration process with interested customers on the field, and they immediately collaborate with the appropriate director, and the processing coordinator upon completion of the customer’s acceptance of one or more of the company’s programs, services, or requested items.

The agents become quite familiar with all of the company’s activities and carry with them invaluable resources like brochures, describing the programs in detail.

Agents also sell CD’s of B&D Production’s recording artist and frequently scout out agencies with multiple opportunities to introduce our company.
